Bush Prize Honoring 12/6/24

MIWSAC Honored to Receive 2024 Bush Prize

The Minnesota Indian Women’s Sexual Assault Coalition (MIWSAC) was honored to receive the 2024 Bush Prize: Native Nations alongside Lakota Nation Invitational (LNI).

In partnership with the Bush Foundation, Good Relatives Collaborative awards The Bush Prize: Native Honorees to organizations working with communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota as well as the 23 Native Nations that share the same geography.

MIWSAC Circle Keepers and staff attended the awards ceremony for the Bush Prize at the Minneapolis American Indian Center (MAIC) on December 6, 2024 alongside Good Relatives Collaborative. We are grateful to the Bush Foundation and Good Relatives Collaborative for this honor, and hope to continue our relationship of collaboration and co-creation.
